I am a qualified chef with NVQ qualifications and certifications in food hygiene. If you have special dietary requirements, rest assured that I have extensive training and expertise in the 14 main allergens.
Before moving to Cyprus in 2019, I worked for 31 years at a private boarding school in Buckinghamshire. I ran Jacky’s Cakes while catering to 300+ enthusiastic children and staff members.
I’ve catered for many functions, including school events, autumn balls, weddings, birthdays, and galas, to name but a few. I also ran Jacky’s Cakes cake stall at a local village market.
Now, I have brought Jacky’s Cakes to the beautiful island of Cyprus. I am incredibly passionate about baking. Nothing makes me happier than seeing the smile on a customer’s face when they see the cake they have ordered.
