More and more people are choosing gluten-free diets, whether it's for health reasons like celiac disease or gluten sensitivity, or simply to feel better after eating. But let’s be honest, finding gluten-free treats that actually taste good is still a challenge.


That’s where I come in.


I’m baking a range of gluten-free cakes right here on the island. Cakes that are soft, rich, and full of flavour. No bland, dry disappointment here.

Yes, it’s possible. And no, you don’t need to settle for “close enough.”


Gluten-free baking isn’t about sacrifice. It’s about finding the right ingredients and doing it properly. I use almond flour, coconut flour, and special gluten-free blends to get that perfect texture; moist, fluffy, and indulgent. Just how cake should be.


Fun fact: Almond flour has about 6 grams of protein and 3.5 grams of fibre per 28 grams. So, you're getting more than just a sweet treat. You're getting something that’s actually nourishing too.

A lot of gluten-free recipes use whole ingredients like oat, almond, or rice flour. That means more fibre, more nutrients, and often better digestion. For example, oat flour offers around 4 grams of fibre per serving.
